What do I get with my purchase?
You will receive a design pattern of an image to be used in the creation of your own needlework. It is not a finished stitching.
Included in your package will be the following items:
- A counted cross stitch color JPEG image
- Detailed instruction sheets
- A customized black and white or color
multi-page pattern chart
- A color floss legend with additional
details
If you ordered a complete kit, you will also receive all flosses, cloth, and needles required to successfully complete your design. (Optional CD with PDF files also available.)
How can I pay for my purchase?
All payments for our products are made through PayPal™ or their PayPal Credit® service, and are in $USD.
PayPalâ„¢ is the industry standard for secure online commerce. You can safely make your purchase using your preestablished account. If you don't have an existing account, you can still buy using your personal credit or debit card through PayPal.â„¢
How will my design be delivered?
Your selection will be sent to you in one of two ways:
- Via email as a PDF file
- Via mail as a paper copy, or on a CD

If it is not already installed on your computer, you can secure a free copy of the Adobe® PDF Reader software. Clicking the icon located on our website will send you directly to their site for downloading.
How quickly will I get my design?
If you ordered via PDF, you will receive your package in your email Inbox within 24 hours.
If you ordered via mail, the paper copy of your selection will be mailed to you within 24 hours. (Kits require an additional 3-5 days for processing.) Allow 5 to 7 business days mailing time for arrival to your address.
In either case, we will let you know when your purchase has been shipped.
Please contact us immediately if you don't receive it in the allotted time described above.
Why do you have so few patterns on your site?
We take great pride in the quality of our designs.
Each pattern selected for inclusion in our galleries undergoes a rigorous evaluation process. Only those that meet our exacting standards are considered.
In keeping with our Mission Statement, our goal is to present you with only the most vivid and stunning collection of designs that can be found nowhere else on the web.
Your complete kits seem a bit pricey. Why?
All of our kits include everything you need to successfully complete your design, and many require up to 70 skeins of floss.
Unlike many store-purchased patterns, ours contain full skeins for each color required (with minor exceptions). All leftover floss can be used for future stitching projects.
How do I get a Discount Coupon?
We offer discount coupons to valued
customers who have purchased from us in the past. Look for these discount codes in your email. They can be applied instantly at checkout.
Are you an independent retailer or belong to a stitching club or society? Ask us about our multi-pattern purchase discounts.
What about returns or refunds?
Due to the obvious nature of our products, all sales are final. (Unused complete kits are excepted. S&H and re-stocking fees apply.) However, if you are unsatisfied with any of our offerings, please contact us, and we will help you to a satisfactory solution to your issue.
What is your privacy policy?
Your personal information is as important to us as it is to you. It will never be shared, forwarded, or sold to anyone. We are compliant with, and adhere to all USA and EU Privacy Policy requirements. We may occasionally email you with special sales or discount offers.
What if I have a problem with my chart or kit?
If you detect an error in any of our patterns, please notify us immediately. We will correct it, and provide you an updated version at no cost to you.
If your complete kit has a missing component, we will also replace it for you at no charge.
Can I get a chart in other flosses than DMC?
We can redesign any chart to support flosses beyond DMC, including Anchor and J&P Coats, among others. There is an additional nominal fee for this service. Let us know if we can provide you with this option.
Can I get a personalized chart made?
We can prepare an individualized design of your choosing. We will need a photograph, document, or JPEG image to evaluate the proper sizing, coloring, etc. required in order to provide you with a free price quote.
